Because Sound Upload is a free service it has to be funded by advertisements (and donations). The advertisements are done by Google AdSense and AdBrite, however Google has updated their terms and every site that runs AdSense MUST have a Privacy Policy basically stating that the adverts you see will save a cookie onto your computer - just so it tells your browser which adverts you have seen (They mainly do this so you don’t always see the exact same advert, or you don’t see an advert for Cars in the USA when you’re living in Kenya). This doesn’t affect your viewing and use of the site however I would like to tell you that the privacy policy page (if you wish to read it) is accessible by clicking the “Privacy Policy” link in the footer of any page.
Wow! Sound Upload has an amazing 3,000 members! Also I have updated loads of things!
So far I have added a new section to Sound Upload, being the Lyrics section - where you can get lyrics of many songs ranging from 60’s to 00’s!! Also I have updated it so when you remove a song from the “Your Audio” section when you’re logged in, you can retrieve it - as I have added a tracking system onto it - so if you accidentally delete it then you can get it back without any worries! (Just send us an email at sound@soundupload.com with your username and we’ll get it back!)
Also I have updated several other features that at the moment I seriously cannot remember what they are ( sorry, I may have OR may have not been drinking :p ) … he he!!

The colour scheme on Sound Upload is changing!
I am at the moment in the process of testing out various different colour schemes for Sound Upload considering I’ve had feedback mentioning that the dark theme is too ‘off putting’, so a lighter theme is coming. I am at the moment though changing all the pages tables to run from a CSS file, so it’s so much easier to make the site run from 3 different colours. Who knows, I might make it so if you are registered… you can select any colours you want for the site. 
Customization is the best thing.
