Sound Upload :: Maintenance Notice
On Friday 29th August 2008 at 2am (DST [GMT+1]) Sound Upload will be down for about 30 minutes of maintenance while a few global settings are changed on the site. The upload form and audio pages will be out of action while this goes on. The site will be 100% fully up and re-running by 2.30am (DST [GMT+1]).

Terms of Use for SoundUpload.com
1) By using or viewing Sound Upload you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of the site, the privacy policy and other rules and regulations on Sound Upload. If you do not agree to these terms then please do not use Sound Upload and leave.

2) The Terms of Use may be updated often without any notification, however any major changes will be made clear on the home page and in the footer of every page on Sound Upload.

3) The Terms of Use stated on Sound Upload are applicable to all members, visitors and staff members on Sound Upload.

4) Links placed on pages throughout Sound Upload may lead to sites out of Sound Upload's control and we take responsibility for the content, policies or practices of any third party website.

5) You are free to register to Sound Upload and enjoy the features that are offered. No one should use your account without your permission. You are also responsible for all the content that you view, upload and share.

6) You agree that you will not hotlink to files through there real location and will link only to the audio page with the codes given. Discovery of this happening will lead to the audio file being removed.

7) Commercial audio is prohibited on Sound Upload. Please only upload your own original audio and nothing else. Any files found to be licensed, labelled and/or recorded from other sources on the internet will result in your audio file being removed.

8) Sound Upload reserves the right to discontinue any part of Sound Upload at any time.
